Revell London Bus, How to Build Part 3 of the Leyland Motor

Aktualisiert: 2. Jan. 2023

As you might know, I am a beginner at modeling Kits. I bought it because it's a London Bus and I am a big London Fan. After buying it, I realized that Revell has a Level System. And the Bus is a Level 5.

My Blog, Hobbycreatery.com utilizes some affiliate links which may generate a small commission from clicks that result in a purchase. This does not effect my opinion on the Product. Money earned keeps my blog running and allows me to make more Reviews and Product-tests for you. Thank you for your support.

Starting with a Level 5 isn't the best Idea for a Beginner, but I decided to power through and post my mistakes and problems along the way.

So, ready to go, I just started. Whit Picture 1 as one does... Which in this Scenario meant, I rushed into my first mistake. I did not see, that you could pick between 2 different Motors. Ups... my bad...

So mine will be a Leyland Motor now. Yey. I was totally deciding this on my own... :-(

In Part 3 you will need to rust a Piece. I had way to much fun doing this. First, you put on the Silver and after that, you need the Revell Paint RUST and put it over the silver in a few places.

I love how mine turned out.

I spotted a few places I did not color in correctly. Beginner Mistakes. It would be awesome if Revell would put in colored manuals. Or at least put them online to download. If you know where you can have/download that, please let me know.
